As a business owner it's understandable that you have visual and marketing ideas for the direction you want to take your company. You have a specific vision in mind that you want to see implemented.
Though your thoughts and ideas may be precisely what your company needs and encompasses the core mission, there are some instances where they're not!
Don't be afraid to release creative freedom to an outside party. Whether it's your creative department, marketing department or an outside agency. Sometimes articulating your vision, the company goals and how you want viewers to respond to your campaigns can spark new visual concepts you may have never thought of alone.
So go ahead…step out on faith and trust the department or company you have delegated the task of executing your branding or marketing campaigns. You may actually find peace in relinquishing the keys!
